One of the factors I had to consider for this adventure was diet.
I won’t be eating everything I’m normally accustomed to having, and I don’t want to shock my body on day one of the adventure, so I had to ask myself, “What would I eat?” & “What would be available?”.
Over the past couple months of preparing my body, by eliminating and adjusting my diet, I’ve lost up to 30lbs! Wow, I didn’t expect those results. How do I feel? I feel awesome! Where’s my kayak?!, I’m ready to go!
